This recipe for Irish beef tartare and black radish is presented by the Irish Food Board. Photo credit: Killian Crowley.
First, make sure to have extremely clean utensils. Cut the beef filet into small cubes and season with chopped shallot, Tabasco, salt, and pepper.
Then add the rice vinegar and sesame oil.
Cut slices of black radish and then cut triangles from the slices.
To finish, use the green part of the young onions and chop very finely. Place everything as a garnish on top of the tartare.
