 800 Pork tenderloin
 2 Onion
 6 Liquid acacia honey
 2 Balsamic vinegar
 2 Soy sauce
 1 Chopped tomatoes, 400 g
 Olive oil
 Coriander
 Salt
 Pepper
Directions

Peel and slice the onions. Brown them in a non-stick skillet with a drizzle of olive oil. Cut the tenderloin into pieces. Add them to the skillet and sauté for 3 minutes over medium heat.

Add honey, vinegar, and soy sauce. Mix and let caramelize for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in the crushed tomatoes, cover, and let simmer for 25 minutes.

To finish, serve hot on a bed of basmati rice sprinkled with washed and chopped cilantro. ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
