Recipe made with a juicer and seasonal vegetables and fruits from my local producer.
Peel the carrots, the beetroot, and the apple if it is not organic, and cut them into pieces. Run them through the juicer.
Then add the juice of 1/2 lemon and serve in a glass with a nice reusable straw!
To finish, if you don't have a juicer, you can buy store-bought apple and carrot juice. You will then blend the beet juice with the two juices and the lemon juice. The texture may be a bit thicker, but it will be just as good.
