 4 Chicken breast
 1 Zucchini
 Cherry tomato
 Button mushroom
 1 Plain yogurt
 1 Turmeric
 1 Ginger
 2 cloves Crushed garlic
 Dried oregano
 Salt
 Pepper
 1 Eggplant

Cut the chicken into cubes. Cut the mushrooms in half and the eggplants and zucchinis into thick slices. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt with all the spices.

Season the chicken in this marinade for at least 15 minutes. Soak the wooden skewers in water so they don't burn during cooking.

Skewer the chicken, zucchini, eggplant, tomato, and mushroom alternately.
