Recipe for Green Hummus with Chickpeas, Cilantro, and Basil

A delicious, intense, and colorful hummus, fragrant and that will be the highlight of an appetizer!

Ingredients
 250 canned chickpeas
 1 clove garlic
 1 2 cm of fresh ginger
 3 organic tahini sesame puree
 1 organic lemon
 ½ coriander
 ½ basil
 2 olive oil
 salt cayenne pepper
Directions

Rinse the chickpeas and drain them well. Rinse and chop the herbs. Peel the garlic clove. Peel and slice the ginger. Squeeze the lemon and collect the juice.

Put the chickpeas, herbs, garlic, ginger, tahini, oil, and lemon juice into the blender bowl. Blend until you achieve a smooth mixture. Adjust the seasoning.

Serve sprinkled with a pinch of chili, accompanied by toast, bread slices, or breadsticks.
