 400 Charlotte-type potatoes
 400 Colored Carrot
 30 Butter
 1 Garlic
 4 Parsley
 1 Fresh thyme
 1 pinch Salt
 1 pinch Pepper

Preparation of the vegetables Peel the potatoes and carrots, then slice them into thin rounds. Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the potatoes, carrots, and garlic cloves for 30 minutes. Stir regularly, season with salt and pepper, and set aside in a dish.

Preparation of the meat Sear the chops in the same pan for 2 minutes on each side. Preheat the oven to grill mode at 200 °C.
