A delicious recipe for fried zucchini flowers stuffed with plant-based mince.
Start by browning the cooking ground meat well in a bit of sunflower oil, then set aside.
Mix the cold minced meat with the ricotta and the peas.
Stuff the zucchini flowers (remove the pistil inside first).
For the batter, mix the sparkling water and flour and dip the flowers in it.
Fry in sunflower oil at 180° for 3 minutes.
Salt immediately after cooking.
To finish, serve immediately with honey and chopped rosemary.
