Recipe for Fresh Zucchini Flan with Tuna

Yields2 Servings

If you are looking for a light and tasty dish for summer, this fresh zucchini flan with tuna is the ideal recipe. I make this dish regularly because it is very economical and very simple to prepare, and it is also refreshing. Combining the sweetness of zucchini with the richness of tuna, this delicious dish will delight your taste buds. The creamy texture of the flan, enhanced by a touch of nutmeg, pairs perfectly with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients
 300 Zucchini
 200 Canned tuna
 100 Grated cheese
 2 Egg yolk
 20 Thick sour cream
 Salt
 Pepper
 Nutmeg
Directions
1

Cut the zucchini into 4 lengthwise, remove the seeds, then slice it into small pieces and cook it in the steamer basket of the pressure cooker for 5 minutes. Drain.

2

Mix together the sour cream, egg yolks, salt, pepper, a pinch of nutmeg, and finally the cheese. Line a cake pan or other baking dish with a drizzle of olive oil, depending on the desired quantity for the meal.

3

Mix the cooled zucchini and the flaked tuna in the dish, pour the cream, eggs, and cheese mixture over it, and place in the preheated oven at 150°C (thermostat 5). Bake in a water bath for about 45 minutes and let cool in the refrigerator.

4

To finish, I serve it with a small salad drizzled with balsamic and toasted bread brushed with olive oil and garlic. Don't forget the tomato sauce to enhance the flavor of this dish.
