 40 Soft Raisin
 ½ Coriander Sprinkle
 6 Olive oil
 2 Cider vinegar
 1 clove Garlic
 1 Dijon mustard

Slice the apple into thin slices. Lightly lemon to prevent oxidation, then set aside.
