 600 Chuck beef
 1 Onion
 50 Brown beer
 1 Cornstarch
 1 Brown sugar

 Bay leaf

Cut the meat into pieces. Peel and chop the onion.

Pour the olive oil, mustard, meat, bacon, and onion into the cooking pot and set to browning mode for 5 minutes while stirring. Sprinkle with cornstarch while continuing to stir.

To finish, pour in the beer, sugar, cinnamon, thyme, and bay leaf, season, and complete by setting for 40 minutes of pressure cooking.
