Here is another recipe for a tart, which I personally prefer.

Ingredients
 3 Egg
 400 Matured cheese
 10 Lager beer
 20 Sour cream
 Ground pepper

Grate the cheese and cut it into shavings. In a bowl, mix it with the beer, then add the cream, the eggs, and the pepper. Be careful not to add salt as the cheese is salty enough.

To finish, preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the dough, line a baking dish with it, and pour in the filling. Place in the hot oven and bake for 30 minutes.
