Recipe served as a main dish. Asian recipe based on fresh salmon. Cold dish.
Cook the jasmine rice in a large volume of unsalted water with a cardamom seed for ten minutes. Once cooked, rinse it with cold water and drain.
Slice the salmon fillet into very thin carpaccio.
Place the cooked rice in a bowl, cover it with slices of salmon. Add exotic fruits on top, to your taste, and drizzle with a squeeze of lime.
The dressing: in a small bowl, mix soy sauce and olive oil, a bit of ginger.
To finish, when you sit down to eat, add a little sauce on top and pour sauce over the rice to your liking.
