 2 Egg
 1 Mushroom
 1 Dried tomato

Cook the sausage for 20 minutes in a pot of simmering water. Remove from heat and slice it into rounds.

In a pan, pour in a tablespoon of olive oil, and cook the slices of sausage and the mushrooms sliced into thin strips until the mushrooms are golden brown.

In the same pan, fry the eggs. Heat the white beans in another pan and quickly pour them into a blender. Blend until a paste is obtained, then season with a pinch of salt, pepper, and cumin.

To finish, prepare your English breakfast toast, starting with the white bean spread, then the fried egg, sausage slices, mushrooms, and finally the sun-dried tomatoes. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and chopped chives.
