Discover this recipe for endive and ham bites. A classic in the kitchen, it’s an original way to get children to eat this often-disdained vegetable!
Preparation of the mixture Finely chop the peeled shallot and do the same with the washed herbs. Cut the ham into small cubes and set aside.
Add the shallot, herbs, and ham to the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation of the endives: Carefully wash the leaves of the endives and detach them. Use only the smallest leaves, reserving the larger ones for another recipe.
Assembly of the bites. Fill each leaf with a portion of fresh cheese with ham. Cover with a second leaf on top. Repeat the process until all ingredients are used up.
Arrangement of the bites Carefully remove the base of the small bites with ham. Place the bites on a serving dish and serve.
