A delicious snack for the little ones (or the big ones).
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Sift the icing sugar, baking powder, and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine the oils, milk, whole eggs, and egg whites. Add the dry ingredients and a pinch of powdered vanilla, and mix until smooth using a whisk. Distribute the batter in a donut mold, stopping one centimeter from the edge. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before carefully removing them from the mold. Prepare the glaze: melt the chocolate with the coconut milk and butter in a double boiler until smooth. Dip the donuts into the chocolate (rounded side) halfway up. Sprinkle with a little chopped almonds.
