 600 Cooked pink shrimp.
 200 Basmati rice
 1 Onion
 1 Bird's eye chili
 2 Tomato
 2 cloves Garlic
 3 Ginger root
 2 Oil
 20 Coconut milk
 10 Liquid cream
 1 Curry
 1 Coriander
 1 Lime
 2 pinches Salt and pepper

Preparation of rice: Cook the rice and keep it warm.

Preparation of the vegetables Meanwhile, peel and chop the onion, dice the tomatoes, peel and grate the ginger, peel and chop the garlic, slice the chili, and chop the coriander.

Cooking In a pan, sauté the onion in oil for 3 minutes. Add the garlic, ginger, chili, and curry and continue cooking for 2 minutes.

Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, and cook over high heat for 3 minutes. Stir in the cream and coconut milk. Add the shrimp and half of the coriander. Continue cooking for 2 minutes.
