 600 Cooked pink shrimp.
 200 Basmati rice
 1 Onion
 1 Bird's eye chili
 2 Tomato
 2 cloves Garlic
 3 Ginger root
 2 Oil
 20 Coconut milk
 10 Liquid cream
 1 Curry
 1 Coriander
 1 Lime
 2 pinches Salt and pepper

Preparation of rice: Cook the rice and keep it warm.

Preparation of the vegetables Meanwhile, peel and chop the onion, dice the tomatoes, peel and grate the ginger, peel and chop the garlic, slice the chili, and chop the coriander.

Cooking In a pan, sauté the onion in oil for 3 minutes. Add the garlic, ginger, chili, and curry and continue cooking for 2 minutes.

Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, and cook over high heat for 3 minutes. Stir in the cream and coconut milk. Add the shrimp and half of the coriander. Continue cooking for 2 minutes.

Presentation: Distribute the rice in the bowls and top with the shrimp curry.

    Delicious. Except that since it wasn't mentioned in the recipe, I forgot to add the lime juice before serving, and that's a shame.

    Quick and Easy to Make! Instead of tomatoes, I used half a bell pepper. And why not add a carrot next time! Excellent!

    Delicious and quick to make. I add lime juice just before serving over the entire dish. It gives a nice kick! The combination with cilantro is delightful. I've made it for guests before and everyone enjoyed it.

    Delicious, this is a recipe that I have made several times and it is always a real treat!! Recently, I innovated by replacing the shrimp with diced chicken, which is really delicious and should be made again.
