 800 Green asparagus (frozen if out of season)
 100 Smoked diced bacon
 1 Organic vegetable broth powder
 1 cup Boiling water
 1 dash Light liquid cream (or 2, according to taste)

Reserve 8 tips of asparagus and cook them in a small steamer basket.

In a saucepan, place the frozen asparagus, half of the smoked bacon, sprinkle with the powdered broth, and add a cup of boiling water. Cover and let simmer for about fifteen minutes.

At the end of cooking, add a splash of liquid cream and blend until you achieve a smooth consistency. Cover and keep warm while preparing the garnish.

In a small, well-heated pan, sauté the remaining bacon until crispy. Add the reserved steamed asparagus tips and sauté them briefly with the bacon.
