 300 Warm water
 375 Corn flour and sunflower.
 12 Dehydrated baker's yeast
 1 Salt
 60 Caramelized pumpkin seeds

Dough preparation: Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Pour the flour and salt into the bowl of the mixer, then add the water and yeast. Knead for about ten minutes.

Rest Transfer the dough to a floured dish, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 240°C.

Kneading Knead the dough again to deflate it and incorporate the pumpkin seeds. Shape it as desired and make slashes on top. Bake the bread and pour 1/2 glass of water into the baking tray to create steam and promote the formation of the crust.
