 110 Green banana flour Direct Producers Dried Fruits
 60 Sugar
 1 pinch Salt
 ½ Ground cinnamon
 ½ Ground ginger
 ½ Ground cardamom
 1 pinch Powdered vanilla
 80 Coconut oil
 90 Plant-based milk

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Mix the green banana flour with the sugar, salt, and spices.

Add the coconut oil and mix with your fingers to obtain a sandy texture. Add the milk and mix well, then form balls of dough and flatten them slightly on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cook for about 12 minutes according to the desired texture (2-3 minutes more for a crunchier texture, a few minutes less for softer cookies).

Finally, let cool outside of the oven before consuming.
