Preheat the oven to 180°C. Whisk the coconut oil with the sugar and cinnamon.
Add the remaining ingredients, finishing with the plant-based milk. Add the crushed walnuts and the raisins.
Using a tablespoon, scoop out the dough and form small balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lightly flatten them with the palm of your hand.
To finish, bake for 15 minutes, let cool slightly before enjoying.
