Delicious savory cookies with cheese, caramelized onions, and crunchy seeds for an appetizer!
Peel the onions and slice them.
In a pan, sauté the onions in olive oil over high heat.
When they are translucent, deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Then, over low heat, add a teaspoon of sugar and let it simmer for another 15 minutes. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Mix the flour and soft butter to obtain a sandy mixture.
Add the egg, then the grated cheese, seeds, caramelized onions, and baking powder.
To finish, shape balls about the size of a small tablespoon. Place them on a sheet of parchment paper and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, they should be nicely golden.
