Here is an easy recipe to make using items from your freezer and pantry.

Ingredients
 4 cod fillets
 6 carrots
 1 lemon
 5 Whipped cream
 4 Olive oil
 4 thyme
 4 bay leaf
 6 chives
 4 pinches mild curry
 4 sesame salt
Directions

Peel the carrots, wash them, and cut them into rounds. Cook them for 20 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain them, and blend them with 5 cl of cream, salt, pepper, and a pinch of mild curry.

Oil the center of 4 sheets of parchment paper. Place a portion of cod on each, season with salt and pepper, add a pinch of mild curry, a slice of lemon, thyme, and bay leaf. Drizzle with olive oil.

Seal the packets tightly. Cook them in the microwave for 2 minutes.

To finish, place a layer of carrot puree in each plate. Top with the piece of cod covered with a tablespoon of gomasio. Add a bit of chives to finish.
