Cut out 4 pieces of parchment paper that are large enough.

Place the fish fillet in the center and add 2 slices of lemon, salt, pepper, a few sprigs of dill, crushed pink peppercorns, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Seal the packets, place them in a dish, and bake for 20 minutes.

To finish, serve with fresh dill, rinsed cherry tomatoes, and Italian-style eggplants.
