 40 Heavy cream
 20 Whole milk
 3 Gelatin
 6 Dark chocolate squares

Reduce the Raffaello bites to a powder (in a mixer). Grate the chocolate squares and set aside. Soak the gelatin leaves in a small bowl of cold water.

Heat whole milk, cream, and the powder in a saucepan over low heat until the mixture reaches a boil. Stir regularly. Remove from heat and then add the well-drained gelatin. Mix until it is completely dissolved.

To finish, pour the cream into glasses or small containers. Let cool at room temperature, then place in the refrigerator for half a day. Serve the creams well chilled, topped with grated chocolate.
