Whisk the egg with the powdered sugar. Add the oil and mix. Add the milk and mix. Add the flour along with the cocoa powder and thoroughly mix your preparation. Pour your batter into a greased mold. Arrange slices of pears and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C. Let cool and unmold onto a serving dish.
To finish, Decoration: you can make your cake more indulgent by enjoying it with whipped cream and salted caramel! :)
