A quick chocolate cake, without butter and without sugar. With a wonderfully soft, tender, and light interior, this recipe is a surefire success.

Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Heat the milk in a saucepan.
In the meantime, break the chocolate into pieces and place them in a bowl.
Once the milk is hot, pour it over the chocolate pieces. Mix until it is smooth and the chocolate is fully melted.
Add the eggs.
And finally add the powders: flour, baking powder, and almond powder.
To finish, pour the mixture into a previously buttered mold. Bake for 20 minutes (or 18 minutes for an even softer result).
