I decided to offer you these little chocolate melts; what could be more indulgent than chocolate paired with caramel sauce? This recipe takes 30 minutes and is accessible for both beginners and enthusiasts. They can be enjoyed warm or cold, but warm is better!
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with the butter. Whisk the eggs and sugar together until you obtain a thick mousse. Add the chocolate, then the flour.
Then pour the chocolate into the molds, and bake at 200°C for 8 minutes.
For the caramel sauce: melt the sugar in a pan until it turns brown, then add the salted butter and the cream gradually.
To finish, serve the dessert with a salted caramel sauce on top. Best enjoyed warm!
