Melt 150 g of chocolate in a double boiler while stirring.
Skewer the strawberries with wooden sticks.
Dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate up to two-thirds.
Let cool on a sheet of parchment paper.
Then remove the skewers and enjoy!
Finally, strawberries can be replaced with other fruits such as kiwi, orange, clementine, or apple.
