Mmm... peanut butter... I’m crazy about it!!! And this week, while grocery shopping, I came across a jar of chunky peanut butter! And right into the cart it went!
Chop the chocolate into large chunks. Sift the flour and the baking powder.
In the bowl of your mixer, with the paddle attachment, or in a large bowl with a wooden spatula: mix the butter with the peanut butter. Add the sugar, then the powdered sugar, and mix well. Add the milk and the eggs, and then mix until the dough is smooth. Add the flour and the baking powder, and mix again. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips and mix well.
To finish, preheat to 180°C. On a baking sheet, place a silicone mat. Drop balls of dough, spaced apart. You can roll them in your hands to give them a nice appearance (the peanut butter helps keep the dough from sticking). Bake for 20 minutes. Once cooked, remove the tray and let cool - patiently!...
