Ingredients
 ½ Baking powder
 2 Vanilla sugar from the islands
 20 Grated coconut
 3 Egg
 20 Brown sugar
 1 Plain yogurt
 10 Milk
 30 Butter
 50 Baking dark chocolate
 Cooking oil
Garnish
 30 Dark baking chocolate (shavings)

In a mixing bowl, combine the cornflour, ½ packet of baking powder, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, and coconut.

In a second bowl, mix the eggs, melted butter, milk, and yogurt, then pour the mixture into the first bowl.

Mix until a smooth, fairly thick paste is obtained, without lumps.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add it to the batter. Mix well.

In a well-oiled and hot skillet, pour spoonfuls of batter to form pancakes.

Cook over high heat, turning them to brown on the other side.

To finish, at the time of serving, place slices of banana and chocolate chips on the pancakes and enjoy!
