Easy to prepare, they will delight both kids and adults with their crunchy exterior and tender inside. The lightly lemony sauce adds a touch of freshness that pairs perfectly with the chicken.

In a bowl, combine the plain yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well with a small whisk to obtain a smooth sauce. Divide the sauce into small individual serving bowls and then sprinkle everything with paprika. Set aside. Cut the chicken fillets into strips, dip them in flour, then in the egg yolk, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry them for 6 minutes in a pan over medium heat in oil. Reserve these sticks on absorbent paper. At the time of serving, present the chicken sticks with the yogurt sauce.
