Here is my favorite recipe for chicken and cheese pastries, seasoned with curry, truly a delight served with a salad and also a must-have for the Ramadan meal.
4 chicken breasts to sauté with onions, couscous spices, and a bit of curry.
When everything is cooked, combine it all in a bowl, adding grated cheese (amount to taste), a little liquid cream, some mint, and blend everything together.
Spread out the pastry sheets and add the filling. Fold them into samosas or spring rolls.
To finish, brush with egg yolk (optional). Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, it's ready! Serve with a salad and a little balsamic vinegar or it goes very well with dipping sauce. Enjoy your meal, let me know how it turns out.
