 ½ clove Garlic
 100 Flour

 200 Milk

Preheat your oven to 200 °C.

Finely slice the onion and garlic.

Mix the onions and garlic with the flour and grated cheese. Add the eggs and milk and mix everything until you achieve a smooth consistency.

Arrange the slices of bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and spread the cheese mixture on the bread. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the surface of the toasts is golden brown.

To finish, add salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
