 3 Eggs
 175 Flour
 1 Salt
 340 Sugar
 1 Baking powder
 1 Icing sugar
 150 Nuts
 200 Carrots
 10 Neutral oil
 1 Cinnamon
 ½ Nutmeg

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Peel the carrots and then grate them.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and various spices. Roughly break the nuts in another bowl.

Beat the eggs with granulated sugar in a separate bowl. This mixture needs to be foamy. Add 2 tablespoons of hot water to it. Add the oil. Gradually incorporate the flour mixed with the spices and nuts. Add the carrots. Mix well.

Butter and flour your mold. Pour the mixture into it. Bake for about 55 minutes.

To finish the recipe for the frosting: Whip the cream cheese with the powdered sugar. Spread the frosting on top of the carrot cake (the cake must be cold for this step!).
