Enjoy these carrot and sweet potato fries. Here is a super simple recipe to make, which is a bit different for appetizers and is lighter than chips!
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Peel and cut the carrots in half lengthwise. Peel and cut the sweet potato into fries.
In a mixing bowl, combine the carrots and sweet potato fries with the 2 tablespoons of olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the paprika dip: In a bowl, combine the cream, the tablespoon of paprika, the garlic, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
To finish, dip the fries into the dip! Great for an appetizer!
