Smoked salmon lends itself to many preparations; I suggest it in the form of cannelloni stuffed with blue cheese.
Cook the lasagna sheets in boiling salted water according to the cooking instructions, about 15 minutes. Drain them and lay them flat on a towel. Let them cool.
Blend the cheese cut into pieces with 3 tablespoons of almond powder, a small bunch of finely chopped chives, and season with pepper.
Cut 4 rectangles from the lasagna sheets. Spread the cheese mixture on them. Place a slice of smoked salmon of the same size on top.
To finish, roll to form a cannelloni.
