For a healthy and comforting meal, this squash crumble is perfect. With fresh cheese, this crumble is easy and quick to make; but also delicious.
Wash the squash (or peel it if you prefer), and cut it into cubes. Peel the garlic clove and slice it. Cut the butter into small pieces. Roughly chop the nuts. Cut the cheese into pieces.
Prepare the crumble: mix flour, butter, nuts, salt, and pepper until you get large crumbs. In a baking dish, arrange the cubes of squash. Drizzle with oil, add garlic, salt, pepper, and chili. Add the pieces of cheese and finish with the crumble.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
