A delicious brioche pudding with pears and salted caramel!

Ingredients
 6 Drained pear in syrup
 20 Butter for the mold
 30 vanilla sugar
 3 Whole egg
 1 clove Vanilla
 75 Milk
 300 salted butter caramel

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the pears into slices. Grease a baking dish. Remove the crusts from the slices of bread. Cut the slices in half diagonally.

Spread half of the slices on the bottom of the dish. Arrange slices of pears and drizzle with salted caramel. Cover with the remaining slices of brioche and pears, and drizzle again with salted caramel.

Heat the milk in a saucepan with the split vanilla bean and its scraped seeds.

In a mixing bowl, whisk the whole eggs with the vanilla sugar. Remove the vanilla pod from the milk and then pour it over the egg-sugar mixture while whisking.

To finish, pour the egg-vanilla sugar-milk mixture over the slices of brioche and pears. Slide into the oven for about 30 minutes. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
