Very indulgent recipe that combines pleasure for the palate with the eyes!!!!

Ingredients
 30 Half-salted butter
 25 Fresh cream
 250 Mascarpone
 3 vanilla sugar
 1 liquid vanilla extract
Directions
1

Cut out circles from the pastry sheet, making 6 circles of different sizes to create a tree.

2

Butter all the disks using melted butter and dust them with powdered sugar.

3

Bake them in the oven for 7 minutes at 180 degrees.

4

Prepare your mascarpone whipped cream: Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks, then add the vanilla sugar and the vanilla extract (if you have vanilla pods, incorporate one instead), and then gently fold in the mascarpone with a spatula. Finally, place the mixture in a piping bag.

5

Once the discs have cooled, assemble the cake. Place the largest disc, pipe the whipped cream, leaving a hollow in the middle to insert the halved clementines, and repeat as necessary to create your tree.

6

To finish, enjoy it on the same day, otherwise the discs will soften. Take it out of the fridge and present it nicely.
