Recipe for Bresaola Bites

Toast the pine nuts in a pan without any fat. On a slice of cured meat, place a bit of parmesan shavings, a few pine nuts, and close it with a sprig of chives. This operation is a bit tricky, so I recommend securing the bite with a toothpick to make it easier to hold. Remove the toothpick before serving.
