Salt and pepper pistachios
 100 Pistachios with salt and pepper
Breadcrumbs
 2 Breadcrumbs
Mild mustard

Preheat the oven to 200°.

Blend the pistachios until you achieve a crumb texture that is not too fine. Pour it into a plate, add the breadcrumbs, salt, and mix.

Cut the chicken breasts into large pieces.

Using a brush, coat them with mild mustard, making sure to cover all sides thoroughly.

Coat each piece of chicken in the pistachio breadcrumbs to bread them.

Grease a baking dish and place the breaded chicken pieces in it.

Drizzle with a little olive oil, place in the oven, and let cook for 10 minutes.
