Beef meatballs with black mushrooms, a delight to accompany small pasta shapes.

Ingredients
 1 Ground beef
 2 onions
 1 Parsley
 1 black mushroom
 150 smoked matchstick bacon
 200 Grated Emmental cheese
 250 Fresh cream
 1 beef broth
 1 Egg
 Salt
 Pepper
Directions

Chop the onions and the parsley. Mix the beef, half of the onions and half of the parsley, the grated cheese, 1 egg, and the cooked bacon.

Make small tightly rolled balls and roll them in flour.

Sauté them until nicely browned in equal parts butter and oil. Before the end of cooking, add the remaining onions, parsley, and diluted beef broth in a cup of water to the pan.

Add the cream and a pinch of nutmeg and the black mushrooms (prepared as indicated on the package).

To finish, the whole is presented on a plate of pasta.
