Preheat your oven to 220°C in traditional heat. Peel and chop the garlic clove. Mix with the cream cheese. Spread the cream cheese on the surface of the dough, add the basil leaves, slices of ham, and grated cheese. Season with pepper and roll them together.

Place the log in the freezer for 20 minutes. Cut the log into pieces 1 cm thick and bake for 20 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

To finish, serve these rolls with a dipping sauce made from yogurt and herbs.
