 3 Orange
 Brown sugar
 Salt
 Ground ginger
 2 Butter

    Response to Evelyne Good idea with the pineapple for your own version. I'm surprised that your skewers are bland (too bad) because mine were very flavorful. Did you let them marinate properly? Were you not generous enough with the ground ginger?

    A bit bland The taste of the fruit isn’t strong enough; perhaps it's missing some spices or something else? My suggestion: I would try again with pineapple maybe, which has a more pronounced flavor than orange and should pair well with the duck.

    Delicious! I made the skewers only, accompanied by a salad of zucchini and it was delicious, flavorful, and also very pretty.
