 2 Banana (sliced and frozen beforehand)
 100 Almond cream
 2 Coconut oil
 The seeds of a vanilla pod
 50 Cashews soaked overnight

In a blender or powerful mixer, place all the ingredients in the bowl and mix at high speed for a good 3 minutes. If necessary, stop the machine and stir the mixture with a spatula.
