Ingredients
 1 Tropical avocado
 1 heart of palm
 200 Crawfish
 lemon juice
 2 Olive oil
 salt
 Pepper

Peel the avocado, cut it into small pieces and drizzle with lemon juice. Cut the palm hearts, add them to the avocado with the crayfish. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend. Divide into bowls just before serving.
