What could be better than a good salad? Whether it's summer or winter, it always hits the spot. Thanks to the cilantro, this salad takes us on a journey! You can enjoy it on its own, without sides, or with a bowl of rice for those who are hungrier.

Ingredients
 2 avocados
 1 cucumber
 ¼ red onion
 ¼ Roscoff onion
 1 lime
 ½ cilantro
 ½ parsley
 1 sesame seeds
 1 dash olive oil
 salt
 pepper
Directions

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and cut the flesh into pieces.

Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and cut it into cubes.

Peel the onions and cut them into pieces.

Mix everything together.

Add the coriander, parsley, and sesame seeds.
