Chop the lettuce, cut the radishes into thin rounds, dice the peppers into very small pieces, and do the same for the green onions. Peel the fava beans. Finely chop the basil, and cut the tomato into small wedges. Cook the eggs for 6 minutes in boiling water. Cut them into small pieces. Put everything in a bowl with the meatballs, sprinkle with anchovy fillets, and generously drizzle with olive oil.
