 1 Green asparagus
 2 Smoked salmon
 1 Onion
 Grated Parmesan
 Salt
 Pepper
 Butter

Clean the asparagus, removing the most fibrous part (the lower third of the stem).

Cut the stems into small pieces of 2 centimeters.

Sauté the butter and the chopped onion in a pan.

Add the pieces of asparagus and the noodles, stir-fry over high heat.

When the asparagus turns color, season with salt and pepper and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes, then add the fresh cream and sliced salmon.

To finish, sprinkle with parmesan and serve very hot.
